Forms and Coach Registration Requirements:
1. Registering through RAMP as a coach (similar to how you would register a player)
- Go to http://weyburnsoccer.com/
- Click the Registration Link in the red box
- Use your RAMP app login / email to login
- Click on Coach/Staff Registration
- Fill out all necessary fields (for choose a family member, you count yourself as the family member - fill out this field as yourself - not your child!)
- This is where you input your respect in sport number and NCCP# if you have one
- Upload your criminal record check (if the CRC and VSS are on the same document you should upload it to both)
- Finish registration!
2. Criminal record check can be requested here: http://weyburnpolice.ca/criminal-records/
- It will be a $10.50 charge, the receipt can be sent to wsatreasurer@sasktel.net
- You do not need to do this if you have an updated CRC from the last 3 years that can be submitted to RAMP
- If requested, here is a form declaring your CRC is for a non-profit organization:

PDP Coach Forms:
- This should be sent to wsatreasurer@sasktel.net with all necessary receipts attached
